Shipping Policy
Our current packaging processing time frame is 3-6 business days for online orders. Custom orders take 14-28 business days to process after order confirmation. We ship worldwide from New York, USA. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
International orders make take between 15-21 days to arrive. International Customers are subject to paying additional Customs Fees if applicable.
Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS/UPS website. For domestic orders please 2-7 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking information. Please note, once your package is in the care of the courier, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. A claim can be filed with the courier.
Refund & Return Policy

We have a NO refunds or returns policy. All sales are final and non-negotiable. Crystalized Gardens is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after shipment occurs. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact your local USPS or UPS and open a claim.
